Construction of a 1623 m2 Sûreté du Québec police station on a landscaped site of approximately 16,623 m2 with 90 parking spaces. The new, state-of-the-art, ecologically-constructed building houses a number of offices, detention and storage facilities. This building is constructed on conventional foundations. Its structure is composed of engineered wood, glued laminated wood, traditional wood, steel structure and reinforced concrete for the cells. This building has obtained LEED Canada NC - Silver certification.
