A community housing project with 130 housing units in a densely populated urban area in Pointe Saint-Charles.
These residential units are located in an eight-storey concrete building with several public spaces, all located on the ground floor of the building, such as a community lounge, dining room, commercial kitchen and several terraces designed for the occupants.
