CLIENT: Commission scolaire des Patriotes
27,000 ft2 expansion of floor space at De la Mosaïque school, including a 2-storey multi-purpose room and 16 classrooms. The project included the addition of geothermal wells and a new mechanical room with a heat pump and plate heat exchanger system. The foundations of the building are supported by piles, the structure is made of steel and the exterior cladding consists of masonry, metal and curtain walls.
