SUPERINTENDANT

We are looking for a Superintendent with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry and expertise in large-scale projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise the work on site, in accordance with the objectives of the organization and scheduling of activities.
  • Ensure compliance with costs, schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate the various subcontractors.
  • Carry out the work as described in the construction documents and in accordance with the plans and specifications.
  • Apply the standards and laws in force, according to the building code.
  • Implement occupational health and safety programs and standards.
  • Participate in worksite meetings.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Expertise in major projects
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and strong teamwork skills
